I have allowed some time to pass before writing this letter. We were so delighted with the home you built for us last year, to write then could easily have been an expression of our happiness. I decided to wait because I wanted to see how the house would fair over that all-important test of time, the first year settlement and adjustment period. I am pleased I did. Lore and I could never have expressed our true happiness with the home you built for us then or with you. The dedication, professionalism and personal attention you gave to us during the construction of our home was far beyond our expectations. Your contractors and suppliers were true craftsmen and professionals during construction and have displayed timely response to the minor service that we needed. When we first met, I had no idea how we would create a home design we would love, the process overwhelmed us.  The design talents of the architect and you made the experience a pleasure.  It is a great honor that the home you built for us was awarded the “Best Custom Home” by the Connecticut Builders Association.  Congratulations. You deserve the accolades you have been awarded.
