The Bungalow Beachside is our flagship design inspired by Jodie and John, Niantic Bay Group’s management team. The design has 3,200 square feet of living space with everything a retirement or empty nester couple would wish for to simplify life and still accommodate all of the conveniences we’ve all come to enjoy.  It all begins on the covered bluestone entry portico. When you enter the home you are captured by the planked and beamed wood ceiling foyer which leads to our signature kitchen-dining-great room designed for easy living and gracious entertaining.  Our Wittus wood stove and Flatfire gas fireplaces provide warmth and atmosphere without the mess or odors from conventional wood burning fireplaces or stoves.  There is a wet bar with exotic wood counter top beautifully finished with a marine process so no worries about spilled beverages.

The first floor master suite is complete with a Flatfire gas fireplace, his-n-her walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath with a 6’ soaking tub, his-n-her vanities, large shower, and a separate space for the commode.  The laundry room is conveniently located off the master bath and kitchen hall for easy access.  A powder room is tucked out of the way and when you need some fresh warm summer air there is a four season garden room to enjoy. And if you need more room, we can extend the foyer to add a library-office. The great room offers our 24’ wall of glass that leads to the outdoor patio entertaining space and barbeque area.

The second level features two bedrooms and a shared full bath complete with a soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. The Bungalow Beachside also features a heated 26×26’ garage with walk-up storage above.
