I have allowed some time to pass before writing this letter. We were so delighted with the home you built for us last year, to write then could easily have been an expression of our happiness. I decided to wait because I wanted to see how the house would fair over that all-important test of time, the first year settlement and adjustment period. I am pleased I did. Lore and I could never have expressed our true happiness with the home you built for us then or with you. The dedication, professionalism and personal attention you gave to us during the construction of our home was far beyond our expectations. Your contractors and suppliers were true craftsmen and professionals during construction and have displayed timely response to the minor service that we needed. When we first met, I had no idea how we would create a home design we would love, the process overwhelmed us.  The design talents of the architect and you made the experience a pleasure.  It is a great honor that the home you built for us was awarded the "Best Custom Home" by the Connecticut Builders Association.  Congratulations. You deserve the accolades you have been awarded.

As I wake up this Christmas morning in my beautiful new home, I want to take the time to thank you for making it all happen. I know it hasn't been an easy process, but you were there for me, all the way, when I had to make all those impossible decisions. Jack and I can't believe this home is ours and we appreciate all your attention to detail and design. We receive so many compliments on your work. Thank you once again for all you have done and continue to do for our picturesque Victorian home by the water.  

We have been living in our new home for almost a year now and we couldn’t be more thrilled!  Our “little” house project could have been  a very daunting, difficult and overwhelming task when we first started with an empty slate and a few ideas of what we wanted our home to be.  But you, along with our architect Peter Springsteen, guided us through every stage of the process with a steady and reassuring hand. From the initial knock down of the old house through the finishing steps of the final product, you gave us your undivided attention.  Your experience, attention to detail and suggestions all helped improve the quality of our home. You provided effective and efficient construction management throughout the process. Your frequent cost and schedule updates and progress reports (complete with photos), helped us keep track of the progress and minimized some of the stress that comes with building a new home. It is obvious to everyone who enters our home that it is extremely well built with attention to all the small details.  We have received many compliments on our home which is a fitting testament to the work you did. We appreciate the dedication and professionalism you provided to us throughout the building process.  For that reason it is a privilege to provide you with the highest of recommendations.

Barbara and I wish to thank you for the wonderful job you did renovating our "castle".  The house has been in our family for over fifty years and I have lived through multiple other projects on the house. Your job was the first one that I actually enjoyed working through. The challenges of working on a house  from the 1880s were handled far better by you and your subcontractors than any of the previous builders. I appreciate how you worked with our architect to come up with innovative solutions when the inevitable unexpected problem arose. Thanks for the steady stream of photos and emails that allowed us to see the progress without having to drive there every week, and especially thanks for working with the suppliers and subcontractors to keep the fees reasonable. The end results speak for themselves and I am proud to have had you as my builder. Please drop in whenever you are in the area this summer.
