The Bungalow Beachside is our flagship design inspired by Jodie and John, Bungalow House’s management team. The design has 3,200 square feet of living space with everything a retirement or empty nester couple would wish for to simplify life and still accommodate all of the conveniences we’ve all come to enjoy. It all begins on the covered bluestone entry portico.

The four-season garden room, covered portico/foyer or library can be incorporated into any of our designs to create your very own personalized Bungalow home. In each design, we have created extra wide hallways, three foot wide doorways, large baths and shower spaces for maximum accessibility.
